Stunning! Mrs. O has always been at the top of her game for the Kennedy Center Honors and this year is no exception. Vera Wang?

The color is gorgeous, but this is a rare miss for Mrs. Obama. I usually adore her choices for evening wear, but this gown seems a little too big, and weirdly structured. Still, her smile is as beautiful as ever.

Dress color looks more teal than emerald. The dress is lovely.

Absolutely lovely Marchesa gown. The photos from the Obamadiary show how elegant the dress is with the draped bodice.

Are you able to please add a credit line to mention that her gown is by Marchesa? Thanks!!

Speechless……..this is the “epitome of Elegance” – her exceptional stylish choices is represented dramatically in this dress. Love the flowiness and movement of the skirt.

And here I thought "Never in my lifetime..." before the election of Barack H. Obama as President of the United States of America. ...Well, I now believe that lightning has struck twice, with Michelle L. Obama as First Lady of the United States. I simply cannot imagine another like her. Intelligence, elegance, style (Oh, god! Style!), graciousness, authenticity, and confidence personified...and a Lady for the Ages. Whew! The Ancestors must all be smiling...

Simply beautiful. A wonderful first lady.

This dress from the waist down is beautiful. The bodice style does absolutely nothing for Mrs Obama's figure. She looks flat-chested and droopy. Like the shoulders have fallen off! One of the worst formal dresses I have ever seen, in my opinion.

Stunning. Gorgeous. I love Marchesa. I luv, luv, luv FLOTUS in Marchesa! Best look contender!

Someone wrote that the gown is weirdly structured and appears too big, but the fitted bodice shows her nice figure and serves as a sexy counterpoint to the full skirt. I don't think there was any dancing at the Kennedy Center, but imagine dancing in THIS! The back would swing out, and Mrs. Obama would feel like an angel flying through the air. I LOVE the dress, and I LOVE the color!

Our First Lady is looking fabulous, as always... the flow of the dress is devine.. but I wish the top was more of a sweetheart.. then it would really give the top a more 'cokebottle' sillouette to really show her figure off.. but the First Lady looks like she is just floating on air.......

I wish people would not be so mean when their tastes are not up to scratch, you don't have half the taste she does. Way to go Mrs O.
